EasyB encourages the reporting of any suspected activities related to human rights violations. Reports will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and investigated promptly and thoroughly. Immediate corrective actions will be taken in case of violations.
Monitoring and Review
The policy will be reviewed annually to ensure its effectiveness and relevance in light of regulatory and social developments.

This policy has been approved by Management and is binding for all EasyB personnel and partners.
